We are a retired couple, very enthusiastic about buying a property again in the southwest area (preferably close to the river).
We are at a stage in our lives where living close to family is a priority. Verdun saw us grow up and we are motivated to return to live this important life stage.
We are looking for a well-maintained property — a duplex or condo (indivise-style apartment — min. two bedrooms with renovated basement or a well-maintained duplex). We’re looking for a property with character that we can take care of in turn. The Monkland neighbourhood in Notre-Dame-de-Grâce would also suit us with its vibrant neighbourhood life and stylish homes.
We hope to find a place that meets our space and amenity needs. In the meantime, we remain hopeful of finding that rare gem with sellers who are keen to deal with motivated buyers ready to purchase and move in by spring.
Our goal: to be closer to our children.
