– Jean-François Sofio, real estate broker
“Being young, I knew I wouldn’t have credibility on the market. I was really looking for a team. I searched online and found Équipe Tardif. I could see that Maxime and David genuinely cared about their clients and their team. Honestly, I’m extremely grateful for everything he’s done for me — the guidance, support, help, and encouragement. Even though it’s a large team where everyone is busy, Maxime always answers my questions.”
– Gaël André, real estate broker
“Being on a team is very beneficial. There are so many opportunities and exchanges. It has positively changed the way I work in real estate. It’s very dynamic and we meet regularly!”

What is the role of a real estate agent supervisor?
A real estate agent supervisor is responsible for overseeing and training real estate agents within an agency. They ensure that real estate transactions are carried out efficiently and legally, and help agents improve their negotiation skills and knowledge of different neighbourhoods.
What are the potential risks associated with real estate transactions?
Potential risks associated with real estate transactions include legal issues, such as land disputes, encroachment problems, or building permit issues, as well as financial risks, such as a decline in property value or difficulties repaying a mortgage. A real estate broker can help you minimize these risks by ensuring that all issues are addressed before the transaction is finalized.
