Once the offer is accepted:
The Lease must be signed within 10 days maximum after the PL accepted and the tenant must
submit a check or Interac transfer representing the first month's rent on the day of
signature of the lease between the 2 parties.
4. The tenant is responsible for all rules and fees related to moving and

12. The tenant will also be responsible for paying costs due to the loss of keys or a remote control.
End of lease:
13. At the end of the rental, the unit must be returned in the same condition as when rented, this includes all inclusions of the unit, as well as the normal state of wear of the floor.
14. If the lease is not renewed at the end of the term, the tenant MUST honor ALL showing requests for all potential new tenants, for which 24 hours notice will be given.
